By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Growth Day London on May 28, 2026, you agree that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, although tickets may be transferred to another individual with at least 7 days’ notice by email to [email protected]. The organizers reserve the right to change the program, speakers, schedule, venue, or format at any time without notice, and in the unlikely event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original ticket purchaser. Attendees must present a valid ticket for entry and agree to behave respectfully; the organizers may refuse admission or remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No unauthorized recording, live streaming, or commercial use of event content is permitted. Attendance is at your own risk, and the organizers, venue, and partners are not liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damage to personal belongings except as required by law. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or educational purposes without further approval or compensation. The organizers are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or public health concerns.
